OUR THINKING

What Drives Us

Why we built a programme around documentation first, automation second, and why that order matters more than most people expect.

THE STARTING POINT

We kept seeing the same pattern

Across conversations with solo operators and tiny teams around Australia, one pattern showed up again and again. People would buy an automation tool, get excited for a week, then quietly stop using it because the underlying process was never clearly defined in the first place.

Automation without a documented process is just a faster way to do something inconsistently. That observation is the whole reason this programme exists, and it's why Module 1 and Module 2 focus entirely on identifying and writing down processes before any tool gets opened.

HOW WE APPROACH IT

Four ideas that shape every module

1

Document before you automate

A process has to be clear on paper before it can be reliably handed to software. We resist the temptation to jump straight to tools.

2

Screen recordings over slide decks

Watching exactly where to click removes the guesswork that written instructions alone often leave behind.

3

No-code, by design

Every tool covered is chosen because it can be configured by a business owner directly, without hiring a developer.

4

One manual, not scattered notes

Everything you build across the five modules lands in a single operations manual structured so it stays useful over time.

WHO'S BEHIND IT

A practical background, not a theoretical one

AutoIntelli was put together by people who've spent years working alongside small operators across regional and metro Australia, watching what actually gets used versus what gets abandoned after onboarding.

The programme reflects that. Every screen recording shows a real workflow, not a simplified demo. Every SOP template has been stress-tested against the kind of messy, half-documented processes that most micro-businesses actually run on.

We're based in Esperance, Western Australia, and the programme is designed to work whether you're running a business from a coastal town or a capital city suburb.
